Hi Guys,

I want to change the generic 'Administrator' / 'Administrators' to 'SysAdmin' / 'SysAdmins'.
My Customer has a front office role of 'Administrator' and if I can change the generic 'Administrator(s)' I can give him a role of 'Administrator. for his front office.

Can I safely do this and not compromise anything internal?

Regards & TIA,

Ian

Yup - Administrator is just a regular user so can be renamed / deleted as you choose.

Yes, and no.  You can drop the Administrator user and use something else,
but make sure that you've added the "something else" *first*.  You *cannot*
drop or alter the Administrators role, period.  It's a system object, just
like the Public role.
