I am installing EDB Version 2.19 build 2.

When I run the EDB Server EXE that comes with this installation it shows a file version "2.19.01" and shows "Build 1" in the "details" when I restore it.

Also, in Delphi I am seeing "Build 1" on engine version of Query components.

... have I somehow go the wrong version, or has the build number not been incremented?

Same here - using installers for XE8.

Shows "2.19 Build 2" here (for both 32 and 64 bit versions).

Shows "2.19 Build 2" for me

Make sure you install both 32 and 64 installers - design time components
are all in the 32bit installer.

I also uninstall old version and only then install new one (AFAIK it's
not required but just habit for me).

As far as I can tell, everything is fine on our side of things.
