Thread Error #100 - metadata error in table - character set does not match character set used by engine

We just had a customer experience a power failure and now they get this error on a single table.  We can open pretty much every other table we've tried except this one.  Can't repair, export, or do anything.

I've copied just that table to my system for the fun of it and get the same error.  We've copied their EDBCat.Old file back to EDBCat with no success.

Is there anything else I can do?  The customer is dead in the water at the moment.

Raise a support case direct so that you get personal attention? I
imagine zipping and sending the database files would help a lot.

Do you have backups?

You have support sessions available, so please send the database catalog and tables (.zip please) to support@elevatesoft.com and we'll handle this in a support session.
