Just a quick note to let everyone know what's coming up in 2.21:

- You can now create/alter/drop indexes for non-updateable views

- You can now specify a connection timeout for remote sessions

- The Jobs system information table now has a new NextRun column that indicates the next time it will be run

- EDB Manager now saves import/export customization preferences

- EDB Manager now includes an Empty Table option (with a big warning)

- A few bug fixes

That's it for now, but I'm also working on a couple of other items that may make it into 2.21 also, such as scheduling jobs to run at server startup.

I found that having to type the command in was a pretty good warning
