Attempting to import a table from another dbms.

Table has an identity column.

Table definition in Elevate has an identity column with 'generated always ...' This is what I want for normal use.

I wish to disable identity key generation on import, then re-enable it and set a new seed.

Am getting exception:

ElevateDB Error #1000 An error occurred with the cursor TableColumns (An attempt was made to update a read-only cursor)

Searches yield no means to fix or sidestep this.

Answered my own question: Alter Table.
