ElevateDB apparantly has a Lazarus release.

Where can I find information on the cost of this release?

If one already has ElevateDB for VCL does the Lazarus one come at no extra cost?

What operating systems does the Lazarus release run on?

http://www.elevatesoft.com/products?category=edb&type=delphibcb has the details. My understanding is that it is a conditional compile of the Delphi version, so the cost is the same. I suspect it will be Windows only for the moment.

The cost is $159, and you can order it here:

No.

It will run on Windows (32/64-bit) and Linux (32-bit).  It needs to be updated in order to run on 64-bit Linux, and that's in the works.
