"Cloud" Hosting ElevateDB Servers and Databases. |

Steve Gill | Just wondering if anyone has tried hosting ElevateDB servers and databases on servers for customers.
I've been looking at Windows hosting providers and been thinking about the best approach for this: 1. Have one ElevateDB Server with multiple databases - one for each customer. 2. Have multiple ElevateDB Servers - one for each customer. 3. Have a mixture of 1 and 2, ie. maybe have 10 customers per ElevateDB Server. I then starting thinking about: 1. Run all ElevateDB Servers under one virtual server. 2. Run each ElevateDB Server under its own virtual server. I haven't done any serious thinking or planning about this yet. I just thought I'd mention this to see if anyone else has gone down this road. Thanks. = Steve |
