Has someone experienced a problem with getting a string from a

 CLOB COLLATE "UNI"

field into a string with

var vdata:string;
begin
 vdata:=vquery.fieldbyname('myfield').asstring
end;

and have you tried a tRegEx.Replace with vdata?

in this case we have a problem with RegEx that it has a false offset for matched data! But only with RIO, same table , same query, same source with Tokyo 10.2.3 works perfect.
