Malcolm Taylor	Tim (RAD Studio 10R (Delphi Win32) When I installed Build 3, I thought I saw the Release Notes for build 2 instead. Having just re-installed for Delphi 10.3.1, I can confirm that it displays Build 2 instead of Build 3.

The last breaking change or enhancement was in Build 2, so that's what you see.
