I ended up doing it in a round about way. I used Microsoft Access' ability to import databases from other sources, so I imported the MySQL database into Access. I then used the ADO migrator to import from the Access database into ElevateDB. As it was a one-time thing I didn't really seem to be worth the hassle of writing a specific migrator for MySQL.
