Get RecordCount for a filter on a query?? |

Ian Branch | Hi Team,
I have a browse view based on a Query called JobTickets. I want to filter the records, no problem there, and be able to indicate to the User how many records are in the Filter. I tried Jobtickets.RecordCount but it always returns the full Query qty of records. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this issue/problem. Advise/suggestions please? Regards & TIA, Ian |

I'm not certain I'm interpreting correctly. Are you using a Query or a View? If you're using a query then I would advise against using a filter - use the WHERE clause that creates the query to start with.then its simply RecordCount. There used to be a property FilterRecordCounts but its been removed. Roy Lambert |
