Ian Branch | Hi Team,
Can I stop and restart the EDB server from my application? If so, how please? I need to make sure all open sessions are released before I try to do a restore else I get a locking error. Regards & TIA, Ian |

Only slight issue is it needs elevated permissions, so it may be necessary to write a utility application that takes parameters and you then launch it from your main application and Windows will ask for elevation. I use some Delphi code that has been around for many years on the net. -- Matthew Jones |
