As part of the ElevateDB 2.32 minor release that was uploaded today, the DBISAM migrator modules that are included with the ElevateDB Additional Software and Utilities download were mistakenly compiled with a trial version flag set.  This results in a nag dialog being displayed when the DBISAM migrator modules are loaded.

I have re-uploaded a new installation that fixes this issue, so please re-download the installation if you downloaded it earlier today.  The installation that you want has the date/time stamp of:
