Thread Migration from BDE

Tim,

Migrating a DB from BDE/Paradox to EDB 1.04b2, I found this 2 problems:

1. Setting the "Collation" parameter to "PTG" has no effect: the
collation of the resulting table is "ANSI".

2. RI rules of the original Paradox tables are not migrated to EDB.

I'll check this out.

This is as-designed.  The BDE migration is a bare-minimum migration.  I
didn't get into low-level BDE calls to get all of the extra stuff.

Ok.
While (1.) is very important, (2.) is not: it's easy to add RI after
migration.
