Not sure how, but can you check Tim, to see if the utility comps DPK for Delphi 10.4 Win32 is including the {*.OTARES} after {*.RES} ?   I had updated and couldn't compile the DPK and had to remove in order to compile.

Do you remember what the compiler error was that you saw ?

I just installed Build 3 and same error.   "Error: E1026 File Not Found - edbutilcompsdesign.otares".

If I edit the DPK for the edbutilcompsdesign and comment out, it works fine.

{$R *.res}
{.$R *.otares}

Ahhhh, okay, now I understand what you're saying.  Yep, I had to look into an issue with the EDB utility components at design-time with 10.4.2, and sure enough, it modified the .dpk and added some additional files. Ugh !

It's fixed now, and the fix will be in the next release/build.
