Just so this is public info:

I added BITSET, BITCLEAR, and BITTEST functions for a 2.36 release, but 2.36 had to be rolled back due to an issue with the Delphi.Net compiler.  The EDB Data Provider for .NET is still compiled with the Delphi.Net compiler from 2007, and it has some weird limitations.  One of those is apparently N number of enumerated types.  The inclusion of 3 more functions added 3 more enumerated types to a specific set, and that caused the .Net compilation to fail with an internal error.

These functions will be in 2.36 after I can refactor this enumerated type into multiple enumerated types.
