Ian Branch	Hi Team, Should the above files ever be deleted by EDBs own house keeping or is it our responsibility to clean them out periodically? I just found hundreds of temp .tbl, .idx & .Blb files in an EDBServer's Temp Files directory. Regards & TIA, Ian

Roy Lambert NLH Associates Team Elevate	Ian ElevateDB should clean them up PROVIDING that the application closed down properly. If not they'll hang around until you take action - why not install CCleaner? Roy Lambert

Ian Branch	CCleaner doesn't clean them out. I think I will put something in the Maintenance utility. Ian

Ian Branch	They are on the Customer's Server. Just this morning, in the space of 40 minutes, 276 files have been created. I will see how many are left tonight.

Check how many lost connections there were as well. I have no idea if ElevateDB should clean up temporary files in the event of a lost connection. Roy
