maybe I'm to stupid or isn't it able to change a not Nullable column to Nullable in the
DB-Mangager? I'm working with the newest version.

Try dropping the column (column specs are still visible) check nullable and
add the column.

To alter any properties other than the default value or description, you
must drop the column and then re-add it with the desired properties.  This
limitation will be removed when 1.06 is released.
