Chris Holland SEC Solutions Ltd. Team Elevate | I have a table that I migrated from DBISAM 4 and I have been having
problems with it. Using ElevateDB Manager if I try and Alter, Repair or Drop this table I get the following error: ElevateDB Errror #300 Cannot Lock Table ApplicationHeader for Exclusive access Any ideas how to to delete/replace/repair this table? Chris Holland |

<< Using ElevateDB Manager if I try and Alter, Repair or Drop this table I get the following error: ElevateDB Errror #300 Cannot Lock Table ApplicationHeader for Exclusive access Any ideas how to to delete/replace/repair this table? >> Is the table open elsewhere ? That is normally the reason for a lock error such as that. If you're using the ElevateDB Server, you can access the ServerSessionLocks table in the Configuration database to see who/what has the table locked. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Chris Holland SEC Solutions Ltd. Team Elevate | Hi Tim,
No, the table is local and I even turned my computer off and back on then went straight into ElevateDB and tried to drop the table without doing anything else first. (Anti Virus is turned off) Chris Holland Tim Young [Elevate Software] wrote: > Chris, > > << Using ElevateDB Manager if I try and Alter, Repair or Drop this table I > get the following error: > > ElevateDB Errror #300 Cannot Lock Table ApplicationHeader for Exclusive > access > > Any ideas how to to delete/replace/repair this table? >> > > Is the table open elsewhere ?
