Hi Tim,

Any news on the ADO.NET provider for EDB? I know it's horrible to have
people ask "how much longer", but if you could give me a rough ETA, then I
can make some plans!

Many thanks,

I ran into a couple of issues with the VS design-time environment yesterday,
and as soon as they're fixed I'll be getting the builds ready.  It shouldn't
be later than the weekend.

Tim,

You using VS 2005 or VS2008?

I'm sure it will work fine in VS2008, but if you need another pair of eyes,
shoot me an email.

Lance,

VS2003, VS2005, and soon, VS2008.   I'm running low on disk space with all
of these development environments installed - it's like the history of
programming for the last 10 years on my development machine. Wink

I know you're going to hate me for this, but any more news or an ETA?
Thanks!

I had to scrap trying to get it to work with VS2003's IDE and am proceeding
with VS2005 integration right now.  I'm shooting for Friday at this point.

If there is a friday build, will it include build 2 for Elevate DB in general?
I am hoping to get the app freeze fix.

Not initially, no.  I need to get VS2005 working in the design-time
environment, etc. and then I will be dealing with VS2008.  Hopefully the
switch won't be too bad.

That won't be available until early next week.  It takes me an entire day to
do a new build with all of the testing, etc. that needs to run.
