Just did some work on TMaN today (my shoulder is now complaining bitterly after 30mins typing) and I just wondered how linear insert speed is in ElevateDB vs DBISAM where things slow down as the tables get longer.

Anyone done any experimentation yet?

I haven't done any exacting tests in a few months, but the overall insert
speed *prior* to removing the statistics from the indexes in EDB was already
about 15-20 seconds faster than DBISAM over 100,000 inserts without a
transaction.
