It seems to be another reason. The dbIsam3 db is corrupted!
Maybe an error message is in place here.

I think that it's the point that causes trouble. Copying the data to another
directory and it goes well.

Yes, there's an issue with spaces in migrator parameters in 1.07.  I'll have
a fix available in B4.
