Thread EDB 2.0 - support plan

Hi, Tim

I am currently moving my applications to EDB.
I want to release them before april 21 with at least EDB 1.09 version, but prefer to use EDB2.0

I pre ordered EDB2.0
Will EDB2.0 be released on schedule i.e. end march ?

Otherwise I have to purchase a support plan to download EDB 1.09
which seems a bit silly and expensive for a few weeks as I will use 1.x only until 2.0 arrives ...

Maybe it was a better idea to start the support plan for EDB simultanuous with the release of EDB2.0

Thanks
Wim

Wim,

No, it will be at least 2 weeks late as it stands right now.

No, we've bumped up the support plan cut-off date that we use internally so
that you can still download 1.09 without issues.  If you have any problems
downloading 1.09, please let me know, but you should be all set.

Wim,

A further addendum - the support plans will still show as expired on the
Product Support Plans page of the Customers area, but just ignore that until
EDB 2.0 is released, at which time you can purchase 2.0 and receive the free
support plan that comes with it.
