Too many repairs needed on server? |

"keith crusius" | I'm using the EDB Server. I have had to repair tables on multiple
occasions. It's been my experience that a server running on a computer with a UPS should almost never have corruption. Certainly during development I have crashed my program (running on my virtual machine) here and there with AV errors and so forth, but the host computer running Vista with a UPS has not gone down. The network may have blipped once or twice over time due to power failures but once again the server's host computer has not gone down. This concerns me. If I wasn't using client/server I could blame almost anything, but what's to cause data corruption using EDB's client/server mode? |

<< I'm using the EDB Server. I have had to repair tables on multiple occasions. >> What has made you think that you needed to repair the tables ? Are you getting an error message, and if so, what error message ? -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
