Thread Order hasn't come through (Not Urgent)

Hi Tim,

I sent through an order on Wednesday 21st of this month (around 00:36
UTC/GMT), and received an order confirmation. (Order No 004892).

I haven't received any other emails since, and was wondering if maybe you're
unable to get through to me?

Please don't worry about it too much - It's not urgent, but I just wanted to
touch base incase something went wrong with the ordering.

FYI, I'm leaving for 5 days this afternoon, so may not have internet access
until next Wednesday. Just wanted to confirm all was OK. (And that you
haven't grabbed my cash and split for the Bahama's. Wink

Were you expecting further emails ?  The order confirmation is the only
thing we send to you after an order.  It has all of the download
instructions, etc.

I haven't received a confirmation yet.  Nor is the product on my downloads
page.  Ordered last week.  I've tried to email but my messages are returned
as undeliverable.  My card was charged.  Can you check on this Tim?

Checking with Sam....she just resent the order acknowledgement again.  If
you don't receive anything, perhaps you can give Sam another email address
to use or she can fax you the information.

Sorry - my brain was having an ID-ten-T error.   (ITIOT)  Wink

It came through so quickly that I thought it was just a confirmation that
you'd received the order, and not the full instructions. You're too
efficient your end!  Wink

Well, bad for you, but good for us I guess.  Wink

I sent through a seperate email regarding some wierd problems I was having
with a query last Friday (with the table attached). I haven't received a
reply on that either. I'm just wanting to confirm that you've received the
message?

Yes, I got it but I've been swamped early this week so I haven't had a
chance to look at it.
