I'm going to be working in collaboration with Tim to produce a more definitive guide to migrating from DBISAM to ElevateDB.

I think I've personally encountered just about every problem/issue involved, but I'd love anyone else who's made the conversion to contribute to smooth the path for those who follow.

If you have any problem, issue, or tip you'd like to see included please email me using the address here but make sure the subject is exactly

elevate migration manual

otherwise your contribution will end up in the electronic wastelands.

PLEASE DON'T POST TO THE NEWSGROUPS although I will be trawling them to try and make sure I don't miss anything.

Hello Roy,

I think that this would be a BIG help Smile

I think it may also be useful, if you have any pointers/tips/gotchas when it
comes to deployment.

Regards
Trevor Keegan

I would be very glad to contribute, but can you confirm your email address
for those of us whose browsers don't display the poster's email address?

Many thanks,
Dan

Almost anything apart from OE. I got so fed up with it that I wrote my own.
