erdogan48	Hello, When I want to create a primary index on a table, ElevateDB Manager raises an exception as 'ElevateDB Error #406 Invalid temproray table identifier '082-001-802882652sample1'. Also, when I want to run the sample applications come with trial editions, the same exception raised too.
