I cant login any more, I always get the login page and I tried to send

What error message are you getting when you try to send us an email ?  If
you're using the email address that we have on file for you, it should go
through with no problems at all.

It's from our mail server - what is the subject that you're using for the
email ?  We block out certain emails based upon the subject of the email
(dirty stuff, frequent spam subjects), so you may have inadvertently used
one of these taboo keywords.

Are you using a non-English locale for the email ?  I'm not finding anything
in our mail server block log that has the subject "login problem", which
means that the subject is probably getting escaped and that is what our mail
server is blocking (we get a lot of spam from China, and the subjects are
always escaped, so we block any emails like that).

Can you tell me what email address you're using ?  Just write it out with
spaces and underscores so that it can't be harvested by spammers.

Yep, it's encoding the subject in UTF8:

?utf-8?q?problem=20login?=

and our mail server is blocking it.

I've added your email to the whitelist, however, so you can send it okay
now.  If you could just send me your customer # and company name, I can send
you the customer login information.  I couldn't find your customer records
by your email address or the company name of Zinnia Gifts, so it must be
listed under some different information.

Ahh, I wasn't aware that this was the case.  The download access for the
trial downloads expires after 14 days.  I've extended it for you for another
14 days, so you should be able to download again now using the same login
information.
