Can anybody confirm that the Replication example works on a Vista based computer? I am having problems with scripts failing to run.

Thanks, Tony.

Tony,

Did you make sure to try it with B2 ?  If so, then I'll give it a run on
Vista over the weekend here, and see what I can find.  I don't think
anything will be different, however.  For example, the error that you were
getting was for the Configuration database, which is a virtual database in
memory.  Vista-specific issues tend to revolve around folder issues.

Tim,

Yes, I did upgrade to B2 with the same results. Also, I have UAC turned on and have administrator priviledges but I am not using THE
administrator account.

Tony,

I'm using Vista 32 and I'm getting the same errors.

Any prognosis Tim?

Okay, I just ran it on my Vista virtual machine using the EDB 2.00 B2
Manager and Server, and I'm sorry to say that I cannot reproduce what Tony
reported at all.  The setupmainoffice.sql script runs just fine, as do all
of the other scripts.

Are you also seeing the "Stores table not found" error that Tony reported ?

Is anyone else seeing any issues with Vista and the replication example ?

Michael
Tim,

I'm going to start over and do a screen capture while doing it. I will post it to my site for you to watch to see if it is me or Vista causing the
problem. I'll keep it short.

That would be much appreciated, thanks.  This way I can replicate your steps
exactly here and see what the issue is.

Tim,

OK, I sent the link. You can tell me what I'm doing wrong or if it is Vista causing it.
