Heiko Knuettel | Roy,
>>You may want to have a look in the extensions ng which has a script in it to create memory tables. Is there a benefit in using scripts, instead of executing multiple queries ? Heiko |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Heiko,
<< From the outside, first look, a "insert into db.abc' doesn't look more difficult to do than a "create table db.abc", so I guessed, it must be the "it's non standard" thing again... >> Well, it may be that you're correct. I haven't looked at the issues with DDL and multiple databases in a while, and I have made quite a few recent improvements to the multi-database handling in scripts, so it may be perfectly doable now. I'll make a note to check it all out and see where it stands. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
