Since computed columns don't really exist why when I add one does EDBManager go through the same process as though I was adding a real column? Shouldn't it just have to update the catalog? Roy Lambert |

<< Since computed columns don't really exist why when I add one does EDBManager go through the same process as though I was adding a real column? Shouldn't it just have to update the catalog? >> There is some housekeeping in the table header that needs updating when you add any column type. However, I can see if it can be skipped. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
