A single server can listen on multiple IP addresses, but it cannot then
direct them to a specific database based upon the IP address.  The act of
connecting is completely separate from the act of opening up a specific
database.  IOW, you could have a server that doesn't actually have any
databases defined on it, but still allows users to connect/disconnect, etc.
