i have a problem for download Trial version of EDB2.
i have required login / pwd ,yesterday.

but My User ID and Password don't work.

hint ?


i have 3 email to sales - Elevate Software <sales@elevatesoft.com>

but don't work :

Did you just receive the user ID and password recently ?  There is a
two-week window for download, after which the user ID and password will
expire.

This is from our mail server, and means that our mail server cannot get DNS
information for the sending mail server in order to verify that it is indeed
a valid mail server for your email address and not a spam server that is
masquerading as some other server.

If you want to email me your private email address, I can look into the
issue further and see exactly what the problem is.

I don't know what you're talking about.  I see two evaluation sign-ups in
our database, one in July and one on Sept 1st, and both were approved
immediately.

Which login are you using (don't post the actual login, send it to me via
email if you'd like) ?  You were issued two, and the older set will be
expired by now.
