Another EDBManager suggestion |

adam | Sorry to just list new features it would be nice to see ... but ...
In the EDB Manager table-properties-view it would be great: - to be able to multi-select tables in the view and right click to select Repair or Drop. - have an "details" option for viewing as well as viewing just the icon view. The "details" view would work like details view in Windows Explorer showing (say) table-name, size, number of columns, date changed ... which would be v. useful when checking over tables to see which are in use & how much they are growing. Right click the tab and you get the option of switching views - this is one that got me as well. Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Adam,
<< - to be able to multi-select tables in the view and right click to select Repair or Drop. >> Multi-select and sorting is on the list for 2.02, but it may end up being 2.03 due to delays in 2.01 B5 causing 2.02 time to be a little tight. << - have an "details" option for viewing as well as viewing just the icon view. The "details" view would work like details view in Windows Explorer showing (say) table-name, size, number of columns, date changed ... which would be v. useful when checking over tables to see which are in use & how much they are growing. >> I'll be moving this out into a separate, visible button shortly. Roy's answer is the correct action for now. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
