Thread Catastrophic Failure

I uninstalled my components and installed a new version (2.0 build 4 to build 5) and when I did I started getting catastrophic failure messages
anytime I click on a component tied to Elevate. Removing and reinstalling the package in Codegear seemed to clear up the problem, but then
when I uninstalled B5 and replaced it with B4, the problem came back, and absolutely nothing I can find will make the error go away.

What can I do to troubleshoot what seems to be an installation issue?

We don't have any other reports of such issues, nor have I seen any issues
here with D2007 (we had an issue with D5 at design-time, but it is specific
to D5).  Have you installed any other component packages ?
