When creating primary keys and foreign keys, constraint owned indexes are created
automatically.
Should one keep or drop indexes with same fields that existed before creating the constraint?

You must also take in account the collation, case and accent
sensitiveness of those indexes. If all this is the same, then you should
drop the previously created indexes.
