The only way to do so would be to work up an equivalent script and debug it
instead.  We intend to offer debugging of stored
procedures/functions/triggers at some point, but it is particularly
difficult since the debugger needs to be kicked in during normal execution,
whereas with scripts the debugger is in effect from the start.
