Even when EDBManager is set not to remember the Explorer state it still "remembers" filters on tables. Its very disturbing to open a table and not to find anything because a filter has been applied from the last use of EDBManager, or even from several uses ago.

The explorer state is not the same as the tables/filters.  I'll see about
adding a separate option for the filters.
