Feedback on 2.02b8 |

"Hedley Muscroft" | Hi Tim,
Great job on 2.02b8! Regarding my recent posts, performance is now much better in ADO.NET when JOINing on VIEWs and in UNIONed queries. I'm looking forward to the ADO.NET MIGRATE TABLE speed being improved in 2.02b9 (or 2.03). I think that the ONLY thing that's now holding me back from doing a live build of my app with EDB (instead of DBISAM) and sending it out to all my customers (scary thought!) is that I really need to be able to RENAME columns and tables. Am I correct in thinking that renaming columns will probably come before renaming tables, or will they both be in the first release of 2.03? Many thanks again for your first rate support! Hedley |

However, I'll have to see what I can push into 2.03 - I may be able to cram the renaming tables in there also. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
