I checked the mail server logs, and there is an issue with confirming your
sending mail host - it isn't responding with a DNS name, just an IP address.
Therefore our mail server blocks it because it can't confirm that the domain
name, and subsequently, the MX record(s) is/are valid for the sending mail
server.

I've added your email address to the white list, however, so that will get
around these checks.  Just go ahead and resend the email and you should be
all set.

Thanks, the problem solved.

Just to let other possible readers of this thread, the problem was due to the fact that I had the Qry Component Database Name property set as the
database that I was going to restore.

After changing the Database Name to Configuration this worked fine.
