still flagged as an error whereas DISTINCT (if it produces 1 row) works.

I also tried running the query posted in the "Procedure - is there a faster
way?" thread and it now gives a "scalar query can only return a single
value" error.  The error is for the innermost SELECT statement. >>

I'll check these out and make sure that they're fixed in the next build.  I
knew that we were going to get bit on this change, so we'll be doing a build
pretty quickly.
