I've just converted a database to give me a decent sized table to play with and the results when applying filters to a result set are "not valid" Select * from mandn (149029 rows) filter _whoto = 'Addict' (5 rows) select * from mandn order by _subject (149029 rows) filter _whoto = 'Addict' (1 row) Note the subtle difference And at this point clear filter no longer works, and trying to rerun the query causes an AV I also get some weird behaviour when I reopen EDBMan like duplicates on the Windows task bar, av's on runing a query. I have to close down again and then its OK. Roy Lambert |

It sounds like you've got a corrupted table, especially if the second query is generating a sensitive (live) result set. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
