Hello

I am running my main app and attempting to run a utility on the same machine. EDB Mgr is also open, but has no effect on the situation. I closed my main app and the backup utility worked fine, tried it with the roles reversed - same message.

They both use the same EDBDatabase1.Database property, but different .DatabaseName properties, and apart from that there appear to be no conflicts.

I'm puzzled.

Regards

The application reporting the error is compiled with the trial version of
EDB, or has its TEDBEngine.LicensedSessions property set to 2:

Good catch - I don't know why I ever changed that setting. Thanks for your prompt help.
