Sorry but that's cheating! You only built that into SQL/PSM well after I'd had a moan about SELECT INTO disappearing, and I suspect that you did it deliberately just so you had an excuse not to revert back to the better format ..... and I've just realised its a totally irrelevant red herring you naughty little boy Smiley

I could be losing my mind, but I'm pretty sure that if you look at my past
responses you'll see that I specifically stated that the reason for not
using INTO in the old, DBISAM way was that I was planning on using it for
SQL/PSM.

I refuse to comment on your state of mind but have been told that Java and such things can do that to you.

However, for now, time availability precluding me re-reading all posts to see if you did indeed say that, I will trust your memory.
