How do you request an execution plan on a stored procedure that has
input parameters?

I'm not sure just what you want to do,  I'm assuming that you mean in EDBManager. As far as I know a stored procedure is a script and scripts don't come with execution plans. The best you can do, if its basically a query in the SP is to copy it out into a query window and run from there. If there's any SQL/PSM I don't think you can do what you want.
