I’m coming from MS SQL Server and I am using a lot the Enterprise Manager and SQL Management Studio. In Enterprise Manager there was a great feature: on right click on a table there was a possibility to “start a new query”. I would like to have something similar in ElevateDB Manager – possibility to create a new SELECT statement on the selected table with all the columns from that table.

Beni,

There are quite a lot of "SQL construction" GUI tools around. I actually incorporate one produced by Fast-Report into my Delphi Apps.

I agree that it would be great to have a "helping hand" with coding SQL in EDBMgr. Personally I think it would be easy enough to add a drag-and-drop one, similar to the FR component, and this would be my preference, as it allows fairly complex SELECT statements with multiple JOINs to be created easily.

Sure, I'll see what I can do.
