I think that it would be good for a new component to have a minimum
size when you click to move it to the form. Click a button, click on
the form, you get a 10 by 10 button. Likewise with other items. Sure,
you can stretch as you click, but I think a bigger start would be good,
even if not adjustable per component.

The drag and drop for the component palette is not working yet, so you have
to size the controls on to the form.  Just one of the many little things
that still needs to be addressed.
