Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | I've uploaded a build 12 of the preview, and it fixes:
- Some layout issues, notably the layout performance of auto-sized, wrapped, and right/left stretched labels - An issue with control scrollbars causing a lockup in the browser during browser window resizing - A re-introduced issue with event assignments being lost - An issue with read-only TMultiLineEdit controls not being editable via code (Lines property) - An issue with design-time event dispatching when deleting a grid column in the IDE - An issue with the toggling of grid checkboxes using the spacebar and enter keys - A couple of minor compiler type-checking issues Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Doc | With this build I have a control renaming problem.
Example: I have a CheckBox_A on a Form, do a copy and paste, the new Form is named ChecBox_A1, I try to rename it to CheckBox_B, but it refuses, shows an error: WebCore.wbs (2687,15): Internal error (Value conversion error). I change the Tab to another Form and back to my Form and then I have success in renaming my CheckBox |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Doc,
<< With this build I have a control renaming problem. >> That bug has been in there for a while, but I've been unable to replicate it. I'll try your steps and see if I can do so. Thanks, Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Doc,
<< With this build I have a control renaming problem. >> Can you replicate this on-demand with one of your forms ? I cannot replicate this at all here (tried again for about an hour yesterday), so I'm not able to really see where the issue is. Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Doc | I'm afraid I coudn't reproduce it when I tried.
I used modified TCheckBox controls and saw that issue. I removed the files from the interfaces folder and the renaming problem was gone. I put the files there again but the problem didn't occur again. Sorry... |

Trinione | Whilst using Build 11 I experienced similar when duplicating a TPanel component. I have also not been able to reproduce the problem.
