Just a quick note to let everyone know that there's now a component
developers forum that you can use for asking questions about component and
control writing, including questions about control interfaces, the interface
manager, design-time functionality, etc.

Also, I've removed the Themes forum because it doesn't really apply anymore
with Elevate Web Builder 2.
