The navigator tree is great. I think it would be helpful to have Collapse All, Collapse Node, Expand All, Expand Node options available.

When a form is opened, it shows all the components. If it only showed the top level components, we would not be met with a multitude of components to work our way through.

You can already do individual node expand/collapse with the keyboard and mouse.  I'll look into adding equivalent functionality for multiple nodes (it will work just like the component/object inspector).
